Great customer service good selection of material neat appearance clean
I purchased carpeting from Lowe's in Newberry South Carolina. I'm having issues with the carpeting and they are refusing to fix it or replace it. I can't even get anyone to come and look at it.
My friend ,who is a widower, paid in full for fencing over 2 months ago and it has yet to be installed. It was supposed to be installed by 5/16/17. She has gotten no satisfaction from customer service or national headquarters. Shame on you Lowes of Newberry for your piss poor service.
Lowes in Newberry has the worst customer service I have seen in any area. The employees are rude and act as if it is an inconvenience to be bothered by a customer with a question or even to check out. They lie about what their store hours are and claim that the registers are closed even when the posted time on the doors states they don't close for another hour. I hope this location shuts down or cleans house soon!
My company spends thousands of dollars at Lowe's .Newberry SC store is a piss poor store to shop at . I have had many bad experience s there ,but this last one is all she wrote. Had my cart full of lumber and blocks.About 700 dollars worth. I needed 3 more boards and the guy told me he couldn't take any down for 3 boards. Really! What happened to helping customers?
