I never been to this place sorry
went to return a purchase I made just 4 days prior (because Lowe's refused a military discount to my retired Marine nephew because they price matched a Home Depot price and would not give him both price match and military discount - "one or the other") and I was not given full credit - shorted 1 cent. Tried to tell me it was taxes. Just imagine how much they make on doing that on all returns chain-wide. I won't shop at shister companies
My first visit to the Tustin store and won’t go back. Still waiting for assistance. Was prepared to buy a $5000.00 appliance package but will purchase elsewhere. Money is green. It shouldn’t matter who it comes from.
Sat in the parking lot in my car waiting for my son to come out. Got to park in the shade so it was nice. Lot was clean. Had to listen to someone else's loud music...thank goodness it wasn't rap or hip hop. Later listened to someone talking (shouting) on their cell phone. Why do people do that? Listening to a one-sided conversation is usually very annoying, but I was amused by his repeated use of the word "Dude". Was counting, but lost count at about 50.
Appliance delivery service is the worst they give you a 2 hour window and it has been over 9 hours . What a waste of a day . Last time I purchase anything from Lowes .
