Very disappointing experience in the Lowe’s garden department. An employee named Barbara began assisting us with getting soil to replant our plant, walked out with us, and then disappeared without any explanation. We were left waiting and confused and had to find help all over again. A simple communication would have made a big difference. Customer service needs improvement.
