Absolutely the WORST. My Step-Grandpa bought a Craftsman Generator from this exact location for father's day for my dad. We have the receipt, the box, and the generator. The generator has a broken spark plug and it's never worked since we got it. Never worked out of the box. We asked corporate and they said "I don't know what we can do."
