I’m an avid shopper at Lowes (typically the 71st and Memorial location). The staff at this particular location always have an attitude problem, even if you’re not buying anything on sale. So if you don’t want to work here, don’t work here and make everything self check-out. It’s the garden center and appliance area.
Absolutely the WORST. My Step-Grandpa bought a Craftsman Generator from this exact location for father's day for my dad. We have the receipt, the box, and the generator. The generator has a broken spark plug and it's never worked since we got it. Never worked out of the box. We asked corporate and they said "I don't know what we can do." They have a "very strict policy", but they sold it to us not working. We are NEVER going there again. They told us to go to Craftsman but Lowes sold it to us.
