NDA to get a refund? GO PUT OF BUSINESS ALREADY!
We have made tens of thousands of dollars of purchases from Lowe’s from all our appliances and business needs to home repairs. A refrigerator/freezer we purchased less than a year ago stopped cooling so we called Frigidaire for warranty service. After a month of fighting with them and finally threatening a lawsuit they relented and stated they would replace it and that Lowes would contact us to deliver the replacement. If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered Sherwin-Williams Eventide paint, which is a blue. The can of paint said Eventide on it. I hired a professional painter to come and paint my bedroom the blue Eventide. He sends me a photo of the finished room and the walls are bright purple, not blue. Lowes gave me a can of paint with the correct name, but incorrect color. Low quality service. I purchased kitchen appliances. Uninformed salespeople selling wrong product. No one picks up the phone. No one gets back to you. You spend days trying to reach someone. Uninformed salespeople who do not care. Just terrible.
