Bad customer service, rude employees, store do not answer phone. Employees dress as if they are working around there house, some wearing shorts. Were are the managers . I bought a appliance in the Bethlehem PA store. Spoke with a rude ( manager on duty ) on help. Trying to call Corporate office . Disconnect. Many attempts. Same In Lowe's Easton PA. I just wanted to share my recent experience at Lowe's Rockledge because it was quite upsetting. On November 25th, 2025, we purchased a double sink bathroom vanity — the “ARIEL Cambridge 61-in White Undermount Double Sink Bathroom Vanity with Pure White Quartz Top” — during a Black Friday sale. I purchased a GE stove approximately 6 months ago and it died while cooking my Thanksgiving turkey thus my dinner was spoiled, and, I had a houseful of guests!! So I went to the Peach Street store at approximately 11:30 this morning looking for assistance and was met by Ivan, the assistant manager. If I could give a NEGATIVE I would. Lowe’s is a disgrace especially with a customer such as myself. I have a personal Lowe’s acct and a PRO account. So I have purchased all of my appliances and countless appliances for my apartment buildings we own. We have also always used Lowe’s for ALL construction materials on our small farm and in all of our buildings.
