Lowe’s sells these protection plans, but when something goes wrong, you’re left stuck dealing with Assurant’s broken system. Both companies need to take responsibility, because right now the warranty is worthless. The online experience with Lowe's has been trash. Canceled my online order without reasons. The custom service online is a complete joke and waste of time. If you ever talk to DeMahali the online manager he's consending and no help at all. I was trying to make my first purchase with Lowe's online. I'm being told just go to the store. Lowe's has 2 items left that I want. By the time I drive to a store. It could very well be sold out. Thanks for No Customer online service Lowe's.
July 22 2025 my wife and I purchased two items at Lowes in Columbus, Ga and used the self checkout. The clerk assisted us to make sure I received my military discount was black as we are also. The lady that checked out on the other side was white and the clerk was white. As we started to exit the buzzer sounded and the lady had a cart full and stated it might be her but the white clerk said on no "it couldn't be you" because we were black she assumed one of my two items caused the buzzer to sound off. THE SERVICE SUCKS, AND THEY DO NOT DESERVE TO HAVE ANYMORE OF MY BUSINESS, I WILLBE FILE A LAWSUIT ON THIS PROBLEM THAT HAS CAUSED A MAJOR SET BACK IN MY HOME FOR IMPROVEMENT, WHICH RESULTING ME BEING IN A HOTEL ROOM OVER WEEK BECAUSE OF THERE SERVICE.
DO NOT USE LOWES DELIVERY/INSTALLATION/HAUL AWAY SERVICE I bought a new refrigerator from Lowes.com and added the delivery, installation and haul away. A third party showed up with just 1 person to bring in the new fridge, install and haul away the old. He scratched our wood front door while bringing in the new fridge. We have a huge gash in the original door to the house which has beautiful stained glass and is irreplaceable.
