I went to 3 different Lowe's same results every time couldn't get any help this will be my last time shopping at Lowe's.....
Lowe's lead by CEO Marvin Ellison has a policy that if you file a complaint against a store, it goes back to the store and Corporate Management does not get involved. As a Pro member they missed 7 delivery/pickups and after 3 formal complaints, nothing happened. So I wrote an overnight letter to CEO Ellison on 3/16/26. Placed an order with lowes and a.i stated delivery would be 3 hours. Then rescheduled for next day, then next day, then 2 days later,then next day and now again 2 days later! The items were in stcck when i placed the order. Chesapeake va store needs more people since they cant seem to answer the phone for days at a time! How about you investigate your Marianna FL store and their delivery practices.
I am on vacation and went to the Lowes in Kill Devil Hills and was looking in the lumber/ tool departments alittle confused on what to purchase. This employee came and asked could she be of assistance I said yes please. She took me to the isle I was needing to be on and showed me the product. Was a great experience and a fantastic employee her name was Bonnie Shaw. Again awesome employee. Lisa Scoppe
