A complete & total nightmare from the moment the man showed up 3 hrs early to start with . He begged & pleaded & practically cried to allow him to do service early . He spoke not one single word of English & no communication regarding service details about anything he was doing & no ability to ask what was done when he finished . No video . No pictures of before or after . Paid for the (Premium Service ) pkg & he did none of the services listed in pkg . I was informed that my ducts would be sealed prior to cleaning, they were not. Dust blew everywhere and I had to clean after. Brand new carpet has a stain where he placed the hose down. Tech complained the whole time informing me he can cancel service if he finds a bad one. I just bought the house 3 weeks ago, but he insisted it was my fault. Refused to wear shoe covers in bedrooms with new carpet. Wasn't there an hour. Not sure I would recommend. However, price fit my budget.
THEY ARE GREAT! The Tech that came to the house was so nice, kept me updated on what he was doing, and did a great job. Pricing and communication was very good. Highly recommend. Will be booking them again in the future and I already referred them to my friends. Thanks guys!
I’m only leaving one star because I had to do so to review. Had the first appointment scheduled weeks in advance and the day of no show. I call company and they acted surprised and then called back to tell me their technician got in a serious car wreck on the way to me and was now in the hospital. Rescheduled for the next week and was offered a $25 credit.
