In this day and age it is difficult to run across honest service unless there is a big, fat monetary reward. I found these service men beyond my expectations. Prompt,courteous and high quality service but the cost is high. This is definitely the place to bring your vehicle if you can afford it.

I presented Lowes with a very difficult problem on my Porsche. They came up with a creative solution that saved my transmission case and a lot of expense. I will not take my cars anywhere else in the future.

Jim does a good job of getting the basics over the phone so Mike and the guys have an understanding of the issues before we arrive. They always see us as soon as we can get there. Lowe's has always been realistic, straight shooters. I appreciate that immensely. They say what they'll do and do what they say. Lowes takes care of both our family vehicles - Mercedes E-320 and Chevy Suburban.
