I just had my ducts, dryer vent, and furnace cleaned. The technician was friendly and professional. He kept me informed on his arrival time and what he was doing. When he was finished, he replaced the vent covers and moved furniture back into place. He was very careful and thorough. I would definitely use them again.

The tech was pleasant enough but the service does not match what is described on their website. They do not draw a vacuum while blowing the dust out. They just take an air compressor and blow it back, no negative pressure. It's a cheap blow and go. I guess you get what you pay for.

Had full duct clean but our main focus was dryer duct because our new dryer wasn’t drying our clothes. They came out and said they got it all out and it was bad they told us. After he left dryer still wasn’t working so we were still under warranty so they came out to look at it and nothing was wrong with the dryer. I decided to replace the duct myself so I started to take everything apart and there is NO way they cleaned the ducts!
