The work was professionally done and the serviceman was very polite and respectful of my property. Also, the price was reasonable.
Easy to set up appointment. Oswaldo called to say he was @30 minutes out on the day of service. He got to work right away after he arrived, he was respectful and careful in the house, worked efficiently, included before and after photos of the ducts and was pleasant and conscientious. Oswaldo spent 2-3 hrs working on the top of a ladder with his arms over his head moving heavy hoses around. Not something most people could do. Kudos to Oswaldo.
Luis was polite, efficient and knowledgeable. He called to let us know he was running ahead of schedule and was able to come earlier if we were okay with that which was great for us. He walked through our home with us to find the ducts and the dryer vents and then let us know what he would be doing for our home. He worked efficiently and allowed us to continue working from home.
