I had an excellent experience from start to finish with my dryer vent cleaning. Belman Hernandez was professional, friendly, and did a great job. I received appointment notifications ahead of time, and Belman personally called to provide an exact arrival time, which I really appreciated. He also answered all of my questions. I especially appreciated the quick response after I called back with a concern about the outside vent flap — Belman come back as soon as possible to make sure it was lifting and functioning correctly. Mr. Medina was methodical and conscientious. He was patient with we two elderly people with a cluttered home. It is a relief having the ducts cleaned, especially the dryer vent, and Mr. Medina was a wonderful home helper.
Jose did a great job. He's very knowledgeable, was fast and thorough and very respectful for the property.
