Lowe's was great to work with! Mohammed in the office was helpful in answering my questions and got us on the schedule as quickly as possible. Bruno was communicative, thorough, and just a nice guy to talk with during the cleaning. He walked me through what he was going to do and why and made sure he did everything safely when our system threw him a few curves. Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning is very professional and price is reasonable too. Highly recommend!
They ended up getting the job done, but had to come back, and were very unprofessional. Didn't do an impressive job in cleaning (only used a brush, not compressed air), and only took pictures with a phone, nothing in the middle of the tube like other companies do to confirm cleanliness. They didn't have a tall enough ladder for the 3rd floor, which was never asked ahead (And could have been assumed since they came to clean 3 units).
