Julio was friendly and efficient despite the 91 F temperature outside. The ducts and drier vent were cleaned and he was wrapped up all within the specified time window. Thanks for the work Julio.
This is for the cleaning process and not the workman...I just had my cleaning done - The entire package (duct cleaning, dryer vent, sanitizing deodorizing). The workman was very courteous and knew what he was doing in terms of cleaning the duct. I believe, there is some gap in the overall process. A huge gap -- So, First they blow the vent cover and the vents opening with forced air That's a huge problem, It allows for the minute dust which accumulates around the vent to spread all over the house. Great experience with them. Milo and Steven( sorry if I spelled it wrong) were very polite and explained the process to me step by step and even showed me everything throughout the process. Couldn't of asked for a better crew. 5 stars plus from me. Thank you guys! And the pricing for the service was excellent.
The service was not good as I thought it will be based on the reviews. I had to asked for the before and after pictures. I felt he was in a rush and that he did not have experience doing his work.
