During our family’s stay with Lowry’s Vacation Properties, we were disappointed from the time we arrived. The home that we paid for was a nice home that suited all of our family’s needs. However, we were sent an email stating that the A/C was not working in that home and we were being sent to another comparable home. Spend your hard earned money with a different company. Zero customer service skills (immediately go on the defensive when presented with an issue/complaint in the reservations department, have yet to receive an apology), have yet to receive a call from the 'properties manager' despite leaving 2 messages (we have had problems with the pool in our accomodation) and despite a 'pool tech' supposedly coming to sort the issue on Friday, it is now Tuesday, and still nothing.
