Discovered this past Tuesday we had a slight drip in our master shower that was just enough to be annoying. We called Lowery's based on the many positive reviews on our neighborhood page. Friday Morgan came out and replaced the bypassing valve cylinder, but not without struggles getting the old cylinder out. I had considered trying myself, but after watching a fully trained professional struggle himself, I'm glad I spent the money! We were are about to have guests arrive and my joy is to be a super welcoming host only to find the guest bathroom toilet leaking. Alan’s men came in a timely manner and everything is now functions with a new seal put in. Alan’s worker spoke highly of him and we agree!
We were more than satisfied with the plumbing services provided at our home today by Hayden and his assistant. We knew we had a leak because we had received an extremely high water bill. Hayden arrived early. He quickly determined the source of the leak and they repaired the culprit - a malfunctioning toilet. In addition Hayden helped us troubleshoot unrelated problems we were having with our "instant hot water" system. Great company! we had our pipes burst and needed a quote and the job done fast and affordable, and their quote was unbeatable! Now we have all new pipes for the house and no worries! Thank you guys so much!
