They are absolutely wonderful and treat their customers fairly! They resized my ring a year ago and it split because it’s such a thin design and they gladly repaired it for me with no charge. Highly recommend!
I used Lowry's to get some jewelry appraised. The employee that helped me was very kind and honest about what was authentic and what wasn't. He even shared with me the indicators that they use to determine if a price is real gold. I appreciate how he let me know when he needed to step away from the counter to weigh something or if he needed to look at it under the microscope.
