Worst experience I've ever had buying a vehicle.Was lied to a total of 4 times about problems with the truck to call backs about the warranty of the truck.Now im stuck with a truck that needs 12k+ in repairs which I would have never have purchased if I was told the truth about.I didn't even make it home before noticing that half the lugs where missing from them not tightening properly ,not including the motor ,rearend and transmission problems that they new about ...told me the vibration at idle was from them putting regular... read more
I bought my car in 2021. It hasn't had a problem since. I made a mistake September 7 and bought a car from Rad Auto Sales in Oxford Al. The alternator had to be replaced 4 days later the headlights weren't working and they gave me credit for the bulbs. On October 4th. I found wiring was melted. At least you peopke give a 30 day warranty
Sold my niece a car and told her it had a 90 day warranty through them she expressed she needed a reliable daily car this was 2 weeks ago and hasn’t even made the first payment yet and it’s stuck in limp mode due to transmission codes being thrown and now the dealer is giving the run around saying it would be weeks before a person can even come look at it after she told her to take it to a shop and have it scanned for the issues. If anyone is looking for a vehicle, go see Diego at Lowery Brothers Motors. He is very friendly and is not pushy like a lot of sales people are. He was very nice, respectful and gives you time to decide on what you want or need. After we were ready to make the deal, he got started on the paperwork and got us all set. Thanks Diego Lowey Brothers are lucky to have you. Keep up the good work.
Very disappointed. I paid a $200 refundable deposit for a vehicle, that we were in negotiation with to hold until we agreed on the purchase price. We never came to an agreement on price, so I requested the refund. I have called 7 times and texted 3 times directly to the salesman, Chase, and have gotten no response. Very unprofessional. Attached are all of my calls that went to VM, and were never returned.
