My dad had a total knee replacement here, and was so well taken care of. The staff is amazing!! He felt so valued and we are so grateful for all they have done for him. We highly recommend this place.
A perfect mixture of professional grace and capable kindness. From the time we arrived until the time we left, we were treated amiably and with respect. There were no questions left unanswered. They tell you to be there at 6:15... The door isn't even unlocked. There was about 4 or 5 cars sitting out front waiting for them to open the doors. The front door says they open at 6am. I'm writing this at 6:18 am and we're still waiting
Would help if people there knew how to read a schedule or a clock. Got there at 1245 to be seen at 1:00. Three o'clock, still waiting. Guess we can blame covid, generally lazy people use it for an excuse.
