A Lower Valley subcontractor broke a water line in Melody Ranch which also affected loss of water in Sage Meadow Subdivision. I talked with Mallory Winters and they immediately went to work on the situation. Mallory was kind enough to call me with up dates so I could keep the homeowners appraised. I was impressed with the professionalism show by staff.
We had a SINGLE conversation with someone with questionable authority. This person made some very bold assumptions about our experience without our input. The conversation was extremely one-sided and we left feeling disrespected and unheard. Felt the need to share this so others don't experience the same thing.
