Kristine Hickman does not care to listen to her patients. I ended up in the hospital just days after my appointment with here, wherein she refused to listen as I described my symptoms. Instead of addressing my symptoms and concerns, I was told I have Bipolar Disorder and I was just experiencing a manic episode which is unequivocally false. The "health doctors" at Healthport degrade my intelligence every time I go, I tell them what's going on with my health the doctor says there's nothing wrong with me it's all in my head every time I go I leave frustrated with nothing being done. It's time for a change of scenery.

I have been a client for 13 years. I’ve seen a lot of good and a lot of bad but lately after waiting three weeks for a med that I was given six months ago I’ve honestly had enough I feel as though If I can’t get help here that I need . I will get it elsewhere, because at the end of the day, it’s all about me and the help I need. I’m not taking the responsibility of someone else's mistakes. Things have really changed here. NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL.
