Contacted Lower Mainland Roof Inspections on a recommendation from a contractor we use frequently. Explained our problems to Carl. He assisted us with identifying issues and made recommendations on corrective solutions. His report was very thorough and he took the time to personally discuss his report with our strata. I have since recommended him to another contractor to assist with their roofing problems.
They went above and beyond, squeezed us into his busy schedule and helped us communicate with our roofer about the deficiencies that were noted in the report. Glad to have him on our side.
