I've only been to Frank's twice but I've been impressed both times. They were clear about what they could do and the time frame for the work. They were much quicker than expected and there work was fine.
I'm a relatively new customer who was referred by a friend to Frank's and so far my experiences have been exceptional. The staff are kind and respectful, explaining each element of the work along the way. Last month I stopped by in the middle of their busy day, with low air in several tires and one of the guys stopped what he was doing to help and happily checked and filled each tire. Took my car in for annual inspection. It is a busy garage, and everyone is very friendly, the process efficient. I always think of Lower Cape Auto Repair for my cars.
Prompt polite professional. Busy shop and can take a week or so for appointment, haven’t had the need but I suspect in an emergency they will accommodate
