SO RUDE!!!!!!! Here's the deal if your office is too busy to accommodate the patients you have, stop taking new patients!!!! Don't offer "walk in hours" if you don't want to offer them to all of your patients!!!! Hire more staff!!!!! Hire more staff, so the staff that currently work there aren't so overloaded with miserable attitudes!!! The staff are condescending. I have been with Margiotti and Kroll for 10 years and I love them. Let start off with yes they are human and not totally perfect and if you find a doc that is PLEASE let me know!! There is 1 girl at the desk that should probably find another job because she does not like what she does but other than that I think all the people who work there are friendly. I don't know what the one woman wrote about because you can pick the Dr you see and I was there the other day and Margiotti was at the Trevose office.(off track for a sec) ... read more
horrible nobody is friendly never on time docs don't wanna give time of day to parents haven't gone once where there hasn't been some kind of problem
I felt they only were concerned on getting the $15 copay. Dr. didn't even shake my hand when he came in. They just packed kids in like rats and treated me like one as well. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
I have been taking my kids to Margiotti and Kroll since 2001. They have grown too much and it seems to me that the turn over is great. Margiotti is never at the Trevose office anymore (I always saw the same two doctors for about 6 to 7 years) I couldn't tell you the last time my Kids saw the same doctor. As a mother of 4 and a nurse there is no better group to care for my children. They have same day appointments and daily walkin hours. They even have their own child psychologists, speech therapy, pediatric nutrition and lactation consultants. This group is choosen by many physicians and nurses for their own children!
bad doctors beware hello my grandson went to these docs for about 18 mo. in that time many mistakes by this place .. for one as he got older and bigger they never increased dosage ??? for acid reflux the baby was in pain because of this mistake ? no #2 the insurance co. called and said the baby needed another shot to be up to date . the docs said no more needed ? after i told docs about the phone call they called me in ? this place is a big money making operation in my opion if you want good care for your baby go to a smalle... read more
