Toni the nurse is the reason this place is getting 5 stars from me. She treated my son for a painful ear infection and drained it. The infection was so bad that, she was wearing the material from my son's ear. Any person in the world, would have freaked out…Not Toni, she was cool as a cucumber and minimized the event.

had terrible experience with the Newtown office of Margiotti & Kroll.On Monday 04/03/2017 I called their office because my daughter felt ill, she had high fever, ear & throat pain. Before I even had a chance to explain what was happening, I was interrupted and told to get there on time because the door would close at 7.30! like I was at their mercy?.....then my daughter was seen by a nurse practitioner, she did the swab and informed me that the office should have results within 72 hrs so just keep my daughter on Tylenol. I attempted to make a well visit appointment for my 8 year old child today (Feb 15, 2017), and I was told by the representative on the phone who stated her name was Ashley that my child's file was closed because they had attempted to schedule a well visit. Her last well visit was 8/2015. Well, it's feb 15, 2017 and I was attempting to make a well visit and the representative refused and even refused to set up a new patient registry. Everyone there is so friendly and I never have to wait! They're so good with my girls and make sure that they're very healthy and happy. They also make sure to tell us things we need to know in a way that we'll understand!

I have been taking my children to Margiotti and Kroll Pediatrics since they started their practice. I have three children ages 22, 17, and 10. All three children have used only this provider since birth and still do today! Whether visiting for a sick visit, well visit, or a shot we have always received exceptional care. The doctors take their time with the children and are very consciousness.
