Recommendedfriendly staff, they remember the customers faces and are always greeted and treated in a professional manner. I've been going there for years, many changes and upgrades in the facility to help maintain lower costs compared to other storage locations. new lift and motion lighting to name a few. they also accept card payments now which is huge and very convenient. you can call to make your payment over the phone, but I still go in every month just for the environment and to have the interactions with the staff. I used to be with them; was sad that I had to leave as they went through their re-construction. I went back, quickly as I could, when I heard they were re-opening - and ecstatic I was as the place I was then at was getting ready to charge me ... well, it was exorbitant! I am extremely pleased with the staff, especially Helen - dear lady as she is - who help to ensure that my stored possessions are properly looked after! Well-done, all around! :-D
