During a stressful time where my 10 yr son got injured and chipped his front adult tooth, the team at Lowell Kids Dentistry was absolutely amazing and showed the upmost compassion to us and especially my son who was so nervous and frazzled. The front desk helped me with insurance issues and resolved it. The tech was just a doll and so sweet to my son, each specialized dentist was absolutely perfect in handling such a tender situation. Today was our first day with Lowell Kids Dentistry and wow, it felt like family! The staff are not only super kind and welcoming- they are very well trained to provide a comfortable and educational experience for the parents and children. I appreciate the way Maria helped us during intake, Chouny cleaned my 6 yr old sons teeth and they were having so much fun while taking care if his teeth.
