It is the worst hospital I have ever seen in my life. I went to the emergency room with a friend who needed stitches on his face, and the staff were completely insensitive; they just gave him a piece of gauze to stem the bleeding and made him sit there for a long time—even though there were only four people in the ER. This was by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had in a hospital. I came in scared and needing medical help, and instead of being treated with compassion, I felt ignored, judged, and disrespected. Some staff members acted like I was an inconvenience rather than a patient. I understand hospitals are busy, but there is no excuse for making someone feel small when they are already terrified. Over 3.5 hours of waiting room time. Zero focus on patient pain management or urgency. My 18 year old daughter needed to be seen for severe eye pain from a bug bite to her cheek. Her whole face was swollen and they acted like it wasn't a priority. Her pain rapidly progressed throughout the waiting period. Very disappointed in the lack of urgency or compassion. Nobody should have to wait hours for a diagnosis or treatment

I went by ambulance after having chest pains at work. They rudely told the EMT's to bring me out to triage in the waiting area. The tech took vitals, labs and EKG and when the ekg was normal despite the fact i was in awful pain they sent me back to the waiting room. I sat in the waiting room for 5 hours the most attention i got from the nursing staff was when the single stall mens room was locked and i really needed to use the bathroom and the male nurse yelled at me for trying to use the single stall womens bathroom.
