Worst care ever. My brother went there vomiting and they treated his blood sugar, told him to take an antacid and kicked him out at 1AM with no ride. He went to another hospital 2 days later and he was hospitalized for 2 weeks and treated with respect. Go to Westford Animal Hospital instead. I am sure they will treat you with more respect that they do at the LGH Emergency Room. 😡

This hospital is terrible. Absolutely terrible. Avoid if possible. The patient advocate will never get back to you no matter how many times you call; I told them I wanted assistance in filing a formal complaint regarding my mother’s privacy being violated and the patient advocate has strategically avoiding doing their job to help in this regard. A psychiatrist lost her temper when I asked if she had training in trauma-informed care; she kept interrupting me, refusing to answer the question with a simple yes or no. Then this ... read more

My other daughter has brought food for me as neither of us had eaten Waited in waiting room and told by the high school pet sitter that I had to wait to talk to the nurse before I could get the food. If you can find another place for a loved one to receive medical attention, absolutely do so. The staff is not requiring patients to wear masks once they’ve been put into in-patient care. Additionally they are not providing routine testing for their staff members who are coming into close and extended contact with at risk patients. They also refuse to provide COVID tests for patients exiting the facility which would allow family members to give patients the care they need as they return home while staying safe themselves.
