If I could give zero stars, I would. The service was terrible. I spent 4 hours in the ER and felt that nothing was done to address my concerns. Dreaded coming back here. Gave negative reviews of this ER in the past. The staff upstairs has always been fantastic, but I’ve found this ER to be the most miserable, non-empathetic group I’ve ever encountered. Not this time. It was a crazy weekend here and this place was on top if it. Patients in every exam room and every square inch of hall space. Attentive, personable, patient, caring.
