My daughter was told to wait that everyone in ER was emergency . She come with new onset of chest pain, and left arm numbness,but I was told they were short of staff. I was told by one nurse that they could not prioritize her because she looked fine to her. I ask if she could at least check her blood pressure, but she ignore me and. Continue training another nurse. ER nurses are very rude and dismissive. In the triage room, one nurse was taking her time in tiktok .
The Hospital is really failing as far as providing the best care in Lowell. My special needs daughter waited 12 hrs. before she was even seen in the back of the emergency room. She came in with heart symptoms. Too long to wait for even a "patient' individual TO WAIT ! The service has to improve. The help was below all expectations. Get with it or get another hospital for Lowell.

Waited nearly 5 hrs. At least we got to watch the entire patriots game and 2 hrs of highlights after the game was over. Ended up leaving the hospital without being seen. Would not recommend going here.
