bad experience I had today I'm crying with a pain in my chest they didn't even give me pain medication until I woke up and went home And if something bad happens to me while I'm going home, the hospital will be the one to blame because we don't have an emergency hospital.
Il keep being given a bag of fluids then sent home. I need to walk an outside spiraling staircase then walk up 3 flights. I do not have ibs I have a broken back and need a disk in my neck
Left in a room for excessive amount of time, no guidance when given instructions, just vague instructions.. when dealing with patients who are having the worst of days and are scared and hurting you would appreciate a caretaker with more guidance, care and communication
I was in the ER recently and everything was without incident until I noticed the bars on my gurney had blood on them and it wasn’t my blood. The intake nurse came in to have me sign admitting papers and I let her know and she advised me not to use the pillow on the chair near my gurney. She used a disinfecting wipe to clean the bars but neglected to move me to another gurney. After this incident I was concerned that this room was not properly cleaned nor sanitized which added to my anxiety about the visit.
