The reviews are true and I should have listened. Was put in a room 5 hours ago early on in the process and have not spoken to anyone or advanced in any way and I'm still here. I should have known cuz this ER is the worst reviewed hospital in an hour radius. I usually drive to Emerson instead cuz the longer drive is worth it. I wish I did that today. Do not come here. Look at the star rating.
This might be the most unprofessional ER experience I have ever encountered, medically speaking. The staff are all very nice, but their lack of expediting emergencies is almost comical. PLEASE, avoid this ER. If you can drive/be driven to another facility, I highly recommend it.
bad experience I had today I'm crying with a pain in my chest they didn't even give me pain medication until I woke up and went home And if something bad happens to me while I'm going home, the hospital will be the one to blame because we don't have an emergency hospital.
Il keep being given a bag of fluids then sent home. I need to walk an outside spiraling staircase then walk up 3 flights. I do not have ibs I have a broken back and need a disk in my neck
