I ordered Mother's Day flowers from Lowell's Web site for my 89-yr-old mother. They omitted the ten spray roses shown online, replacing them with GREENERY. Although they do have a substitution policy posted, one would expect replacements with FLOWERS. When contacted, the business's response was "flowers are expensive" and "we did the best with the money you sent." This is a cheap and unethical way to do business, including false advertising.
