I'm a professional singer and voice teacher, which means I am pretty much a regular at the ENT. Dr. Gurey is the best laryngologist I have been to, hands down! He is so kind, so thorough, and found a vocal injury that had been previously overlooked by other practitioners. He also took the time to explain everything in detail and make me feel super comfortable and not rushed at all. I am so grateful to have found someone like Dr. Gurey that I can trust with my instrument!
Dr. Gurey is the best! I have a relatively rare disorder(Spasmodic Dysphonia or Laryngeal Dystonia as it may be called now)and he has been spot on with my treatment since day 1. He always asks for my input when deciding dosages, and he is quite skilled at the injections(imagine injections through the neck, into the vocal cords, without anesthesia, and with no pain!) In addition to his skill set, he is simply a very nice human being. I travel 3 hours round trip to see him, and he is worth the commute. Highly recommend.
