I hit a deer and got my car back had is like 5 days and the transmission went out so I brought it back to them... they said that it had nothing to do with the accident I only have 92,000 miles so idk how charged me 5,000 and had my car over a month have every excuse ,sick workers, problems anyways we paid they over 10,000 in a month definitely not coming back after that experience a monthhhhhhh without a car you can only imagine

I was recently in an automobile accident with my Buick Enclave. My insurance company recommended Hirata’s Lowell Body Shop for an estimate. They provided a very reasonable estimate and did a WONDERFUL job at restoring my Buick back to its beautiful look. Not only did they repair the damages, but they matched the paint perfectly. They also cleaned the car. I have the shiniest tires in town. My Buick looks brand new. Thank you Hirata’s for working your magic and removing a bad memory for me. You are the BEST.
I was rear ended in my first accident and was trying to decide where to take my car after a long period of time due to insurance complications. They had fixed a car of my mothers when she was hit by a firetruck when she was younger and Hirata's did wonderful work fixing it years ago, made it look like new, so we decided to take it there.
