What is this place? I genuinely thought it was a scam when I received a bill in the mail 6 months after my procedure. They only accept checks or money orders. Its a real bill, so I feel for anyone that has to battle this. Crazy, 2026 and your office closes at 3pm and you accept 2 forms of payment? Please, put me through the excruciating pain of staying awake during my next procedure. I would rather feel pins and needles piercing my body, than mail a check.
I just received a statement for a surgery I had 2 1/2 years ago. First bill I've seen. I don't even have the same insurance anymore and it is way too late to have the deductible covered by my company.

I called the phone number on my statement because I wanted to pay my bill with my HSA card.They only accept checks or money orders for payment. Seriously?! It is 2025...
Three calls to my insurer and still going. The saga has played out over multiple months, so there have been multiple bills sent to me - my account number has been different each time the bill arrived? My insurer spoke with them directly and said they were extremely rude. They claimed that never received payment from the insurer, even though one of my bills shows that they did. Ridiculous! Update - After getting LGH involved, and a couple more calls to my insurer the issue was finally resolved. What a headache!
