Friendly I went in knowing that I just wanted to look at the Rav-4. The salesguy walked me through the features, then talked about their college program. I went through the financing process. He was never pushy or over-zealous.

It was agreed on NO DOWNPAYMENT. well after we signed everything and thought we we're ready to go they come up and said that we had to pay a $2000.00 downpayment or we couldnt take the car.
