If I could give them 0 stars I would! They sold me a broken refrigerator with a bad compressor. I am literally still fighting with them a week later because they are putting it on the manufacturer. After being given the runaround and missing a day of work for their "repair man" to come, I finally had to call the credit card company and report them!
Always find a good sale
I purchased a stove, the sales young lady was kind. I had to return to the store because the computer kept calling my son's phone instead of mine. All because I used his army veterans discount. But it was straightened out by the supervisor, who was extremely nice. I like the layout of the Dedham Lowe's, even though I live in Randolph. The Brockton Lowe's I don't trust them to handle my needs. I am favorable to Dedham because I lived in Dedham for many years.
