Lowes continues to disappoint. I have attempted to patronize Lowe's in hope that the first time was a fluke but NO, don't waste time. Lowe's has terrible policies that create more expense for customers. Synchrony runs Lowe's Advantage card accounts and they will reduce your available credit which causes interest rates to be higher and negatively affect your credit score. WATCH OUT . I am working to CLOSE accounts with Synchrony ASAP, I recommend you pay attention.
If I could give them 0 stars I would! They sold me a broken refrigerator with a bad compressor. I am literally still fighting with them a week later because they are putting it on the manufacturer. After being given the runaround and missing a day of work for their "repair man" to come, I finally had to call the credit card company and report them!
