I purchased a stove, the sales young lady was kind. I had to return to the store because the computer kept calling my son's phone instead of mine. All because I used his army veterans discount. But it was straightened out by the supervisor, who was extremely nice. I like the layout of the Dedham Lowe's, even though I live in Randolph. Awesome deals, friendly staff
We Had the worse experience today transporting our brand new fridge home on the back of our pick-up truck the staff was nice however no one Recommendation to lay the fridge down have to be loaded. Needless to say on our drive home. It fell out the back of the truck and was destroyed brand new refrigerator. $1900 down the drain.
