The prices are incredible. I visited the store to purchase a used refrigerator and was pleasantly surprised to find a pristine, mint-condition fridge at a fraction of its original price. Additionally, we received an extra $100 discount due to their Independence Day sales. In total, I paid $350 for a brand-new refrigerator. The staff was exceptionally helpful and genuinely delighted to assist me.
Fair prices but terrible service, seriously slow purchasing
I bought an LG washer and dryer from the Lowe’s outlet store in Medford Ma. For great prices and very little damage to the frames. So far I haven’t had any problems, but I bought a Kenmore French door Stainless steel fridge less than 3 years ago and I had a problem that I thought was just the fan but I had a repair man tell me it was the fan and some other electrical problem and that he can’t get the parts for that model because it was discontinued etc etc! I live about an hour away from this outlet. I called before making the drive and asked about washing machines. The guy on the phone was lazy. He insisted he could not give me any information. Nothing on pricing or availability and my only option was to take the drive and look. So I decide it's worth it to at least check maybe I'll get lucky.
