I returned after 12 years for a minor repair (which I wasn’t charged for) and was again greeted with a super friendly and professional staff. I’m so grateful for the orthodontic care they provided to my four children, my wife and me.
Our family greatly appreciates Dr. Lowe and all of the lovely staff in his office. They are always on time, efficient, and great to work with!
Overall it was a delightful experience. Thorough exam, answered all our questions and helped us completely understand the situation and the treatment plan. Entire staff was so accommodating and supportive. Our daughter was put completely at ease by Dr. Lowe and she is actually excited to be seeing him and the rest of the staff as we correct her problems here. We are so glad we were referred here by another patient (daughter’s friend). Overall a 5 Star experience plus!
