Shay has been an incredible case manager! She keeps me updated on all aspects of my case and quickly answers all my questions. I have also been very impressed by the amount of compassion that Shay has shown me. She checks in every couple of days to ensure I am doing okay. They are not professional, honest or responsive and you will get bills later they said they paid and they will charge closer to 50% with unexplained fees, ridiculous jargon and broken promises. Their 'average' settlement amount is either only if you are a man or a complete joke!!! If you have an issue you are on your own and have to figure it out without their help. They will screw you over with a smile!
