Was a new patient, it took 2 months to get scheduled. I was 12 minutes late to my first appointment due to the maze of parking and access at UTSW hospital. They turned me away. Seems like a factory, probably a red flag for how they handle patient care generally - this is not the place if you want a patient-first, service minded practice for womens health.

The signage inside of bldg 2 is wrong and needs to be updated. The women's clinic is on floor 9.

The lack of empathy at this place is soul crushing . Because of an error of information given online my appointment that | waited for two months for was cancelled while I was there, on time mind you, because of a mistake made via online and not by me. This gives me zero hope for this place. I already feel ignored and unseen, I can not believe how inconsiderate this place was especially for a mistake by their own system. I have been in so much pain for so long and now another doctor like all the rest. How disappointing

Absolutely ridiculous how many times my appointment with Dr Sunkara has been rescheduled following an ER visit . It’s always months out and then when it’s near appointment time I’m rescheduled yet again.

had an appointment booked 1 month in advance, drove all the way to the office and they turned me and the only other person away because the providers had full schedules. no phone call or warning prior. i don’t blame the providers, im blaming the office for really poor communication and coordination.
