The property is now under new management, and they are very helpful and kind. Much needed improvement is on it's way!

Manger doesn't care about upstairs neighbors being too loud or about kids playing outside in the parking lot with parental supervison
I hate this apartment due to the upstairs neighbor being loud and after I reported, the manager did nothing and left the problem with how it was. Another reason why I absolutely hate about the apartment is that there are roaches and it smells like roaches. FINALLY, the pool water is nasty and disgusting and they don't clean it very much.
