Scheduled my appointment for the office across from summerville hospital and then sent me a text and hour before my appointment that read for me to be cards crossing who does that so I missed my appointment since I went to where the originally scheduled me. I will never go to these offices again

Since most of the females who take me in the back room to check me in are normally rude, I wanted to leave a review on the young lady who checked me in 8/10/26 @ 1150am, she was the first to be very polite and I was surprised bc most of them are rude..

I had a very disappointing experience at Women's Specialty Care. The physician I saw was dismissive and appeared frustrated when I asked questions about my health and treatment. Rather than taking the time to explain things clearly, she responded in a way that felt condescending and made me uncomfortable asking for clarification. As a patient, I expect to be treated with respect and to have my concerns heard and addressed. Unfortunately, I left the appointment feeling unheard and unsupported.
