Definitely not a good experience on first visit! Very disappointed. Provider rushed the entire time. Did not take any time to talk about care. Also staff member just renters room without announcing themselves.
Went to an appointment that I was told it was covered. No one called me to inform me that my appointment was over $100. When the girl up front told me “today will be 170” I told her “someone told me it was covered” then she rudely stated “you need to know your policy, it’s $170 today since it’s not covered” and went on about how it’s a courtesy for them to do insurance. Dr. Hunter was phenomenal and made me feel comfortable during my first Pap smear! I was definitely a little bashful/nervous but absolutely no reason to be. Really clean facility and almost all of the staff were exceptionally friendly. From the second I walked in I was welcomed by all of the front desk ladies, Lisa, I think processed my paperwork and she was very friendly. ◡̈ The nurse who brought me back, Harley?
