I can’t say enough great things about Lowcountry Wellness. As a patient, I’ve experienced firsthand how much they care and how proactive they are about health. They don’t just focus on fixing problems—they help you stay ahead of them. I really appreciate the natural options they offer, and it’s been wonderful having a place that can support the whole family. The team is kind, attentive, and truly wants the best for their patients. I wouldn’t go anywhere else in Charleston!
A 1 star review doesn't suffice, but Shelby Perkins the front desk Patient Director could not have been more unprofessional and more off putting. My family had a new patient call set up. We never received a call, voicemail, or follow up when it was missed. We called the next day and unfortunately Shelby answered. Dr. Penni provides the most caring, patient-centered approach to her practice and genuinely cares for her patients. She goes above and beyond to provide the best care, and is constantly striving to incorporate new knowledge, treatments, and modalities into her practice. I am very thankful to have her at the heart of my health care team. The staff are also kind, caring, and always helpful.
