I have been going to Lowcountry Wellness for a little over 2 years now. I decided to look into a direct primary care once I started experiencing perimenopause symptoms. It has been an absolute game changer!! Not only is it affordable, it’s actually CARE. I have never felt so heard and cared for, especially during a time in life that most women are dismissed. Dr. Penni isn’t just a doctor — she’s a detective, a coach, and a partner in health. She has helped me get off blood pressure medication, monitoring with precision, prescribing the right amount for my hypothyroid condition, has lowered my cholesterol without drugs, addressed auto-immune issues with solutions that work, put me on a specific regimen to bring back my energy, and is tweaking my hormones into a healthy balance.
