Im in town for a few days and decided to try out Low Country, I've wanted to go for some time. I must say I was quite disappointed. I was seated in a very dark corner, and there were plenty of available seats in the dining area. Prior to arrival I did visit the website and read their guests expectations, specifically the dress code (No hats, business casual). I wore some appropriate shoes, khakis, and appropriate shirt. Wedding anniversary dinner date!! First time here, but surely not the last... Cause I must DEFINITELY come back for the lobster Mac and Cheese!!! Savory, and a portion large enough for two to share (next time I must get my own though..lol), I highly suggest adding this side to your entrée. The service was *chef's kiss* !!!! I can't say enough... I cant eat enough... I cant recommend this place enough!!
First I would like to say the food here is amazing! Our waitress wasn’t the best and never came by to see if we needed refills and almost gave the impression of not wanting to deal with a large party. Most the drinks my guests wanted were unavailable due restaurant being out of the items needed to make them. Lots of items on the menus were unavailable. A friend of mine recommended Low Country Steak after she took her husband here for his birthday—and the first thing she said was that the calamari was FIRE (which immediately got my attention since I’ve been on a mission to find the best calamari).
