We bought a home downtown that was built in 1852, and decided to replace the roof as part of some upgrades we are making. I got four quotes. Three were in the same ballpark, and there was one outlier. Great company owner personally gave quote for roof replacement and was very responsive following up with a quote. Answered any questions we had. Followed up with permitting and scheduling crew. Who were very professional and highly skilled and motivated. Came on time and completed within allotted time. . Left the area neat and controlled the debris with tarps and covered landscaping. Large magnets used for nail screw cleanup.
Just did my 3rd roof with Chance. His guys are professional. On time every time and when they are done they clean up all the trash. The place is left nice and clean with a new roof. I would highly recommend Lowcountry roofing for your roofing needs.

Chance was recommeneded to us by our home inspector. If a home inspector is recommending a roofer, thats a good sign, in my opinion. We purchased our home while being out of state and it required a roof as soon as we closed. Chance was very upfront, honest and walked us through the process.
