Chance was recommeneded to us by our home inspector. If a home inspector is recommending a roofer, thats a good sign, in my opinion. We purchased our home while being out of state and it required a roof as soon as we closed. Chance was very upfront, honest and walked us through the process. He addressed every detail that needed to be fixed as well as fixed some repairs that were not expeted. He and his team showed up right on time and did an awesome job. I had a new Roof put on about seven years ago. Recently, I noticed an issue with 1-2 shingles near the Gutter, so I called Chance and asked if he could send someone out to take a look and let me know what was going on. He was very professional about it and one day he showed up with a few employees, and had them go up and replace the two Shingles that had apparently slipped down a few inches. Chance and his crew were very professional, easy to contact and schedule, arrived on time and quickly made repairs at a very reasonable cost. Chance went out of his way to drive by our home the day prior to our appointment to ensure he had the appropriate color and type of shingle needed. Highly recommend this company!
