This team of great people immediately made me feel better, even before I started to work with them. I had a roof leak and they came out, quickly determined the problem, and suggested how to repair. My roof developed a leak. I called Lowcountry Roof Repairs. They came out and gave me a quick estimate. We scheduled the work promptly and they repaired the leak. They are nice to deal with and professional. I recommend Lowcountry Roof Repairs.
Steve and Kelly were very responsive when I called them about some roof vent damage I noticed due to squirrels. I also wanted to have a vent pipe sealed properly. They came over when they said they would, provided me written estimates when they said they would, kept me informed during each step of the process as they ordered the needed materials for our job and on the day of the repair weren't just on time but early and completed the repairs and best of all left no trace that roof work was being done. This is the 2nd time we have used Lowcountry Roof Repairs. Steve & Kelly are two of the most honest, amazing, contractors out there. I feel like they are fair and honest. We would recommend them to anyone for roof repair work.
We had a shingle blow off our roof in a recent thunderstorm. I contacted Steve and Kelly who inspected our roof quickly and had the repairs completed shortly thereafter. Steve also identified several areas on our roof that needed repairs and he took care of them at no additional cost. Throughout the process they explained everything they had found and how they would repair them. I would not hesitate to contact them for any roof repairs and will certainly recommend them to my neighbors.
