Reliable, trustworthy, and professional. Excellent communication. Extensive repairs to our service yard due to water damage and wood rot. Repairs included carpentry, repair and reinstallation of heavy wood door and replacement of door jambs and locking hardware. Additional carpentry and touch up painting. Installation of metal caps on top of stucco columns to halt water infiltration. The Williams family is a pleasure to work with. Kind people. They did a great job with this.

This is the 2nd time we have used Lowcountry Roof Repairs. Steve & Kelly are two of the most honest, amazing, contractors out there. I feel like they are fair and honest. We would recommend them to anyone for roof repair work.
Steve and Kelly were very responsive when I called them about some roof vent damage I noticed due to squirrels. I also wanted to have a vent pipe sealed properly. They came over when they said they would, provided me written estimates when they said they would, kept me informed during each step of the process as they ordered the needed materials for our job and on the day of the repair weren't just on time but early and completed the repairs and best of all left no trace that roof work was being done.
