My experience here has been outstanding! They truly care about me as a person. I needed documentation for my employer, and they were quick and diligent about getting it back to me. So easy to work with. I'm glad I found this group.
The staff here are always so kind and welcoming whether it be in person or over the phone. With customer service trending downward it seems, it’s nice to see some places still have a high standard for it.
I have been seeing Crystal Higbe, NP for over a year now and she has been a godsend, in a time where it was much needed. I was so nervous my first appointment, but it was so easy and comfortable to talk with her and she really assured me that she would be able to help and she definitely lived up to that. Her warmth and guidance has been much appreciated. I will be forever grateful for Crystal and her team.
My son and I are both patients of Crystal Avins, NP. She is very professional and always willing to listen to the both of us and our needs. I highly recommend her to others. My son also sees Jan Allen for counseling and she has done an amazing job with him. He has learned how to control his emotions and breathe verses reacting. She has been a life saver!
