Called to schedule and was told because I had a baby I am now considered a new patient and has to wait 2 months to get in. Just tried to call to reschedule and there is no answer. Hoping to get a call back but based on reviews I'm not so sure that will happen.
I love Dr. Molly Joseph but the office staff is barely civil. I have been trying to make an appt by phone or weeks now. I have followed the phone prompts when they are working but have never gotten a return call. It is very frustrating.

Dr. White was very warm, informative and caring.
My provider is great and I really like her. But they NEVER answer the phone here, no matter what time you call. Even during business hours it is impossible to get ahold of anyone at this office. If you just need an annual exam this place is fine. If you need anything outside of your appointment do not go here. They will ignore you.
