We got a quote to clean gutters at our business and gave a deposit. They postponed our cleaning 5 times over a 5 week period. When they finally showed up, the guy didn't even bring a ladder or any equipment. Not sure how he expected to get on the roof to clean the gutters without a ladder and he said he couldn't use ours.
