Michelle was great! She was patient, friendly, and kind. Michelle made my mom so comfortable. Dr. Iron was great as well. The atmosphere was nice and welcoming.
My wife was here for a procedure this morning and received wonderful care. Everyone was extremely nice and we were in and out very quick. Highly recommend!
This facility is top of the line!!! First, I must say my insurance is out of network with Roper and I pay way more to use this facility. I can not tell you how much I like the process here. When I received my letter to remind me of my procedure and scheduled I was informed every step of the way. To include my financial responsibility, prep, and what to do 7days before my procedure. The nurses were very nice and welcoming but after my procedure I heard from my family member that was in recovery when I got back that the anesthesiologist named Tammy not only commented on my mental health but as well telling my family member what to do about it. This is very inappropriate and unprofessional. I do not feel comfortable going back here which is unfortunate because the doctor and nurses were lovely
Their service is great people are very friendly...except billing...ready to pay triple than what you expected...
