Two stars for caring nursing staff, some of whom gave great care. Our father was there for about 2 weeks, initially respite which turned into end of life care. Through most of the stay, the family maintained about an 18 hours/day presence. The facility was pretty clean but infection control and some aspects of cleanliness were lacking (e.g., stacking pillows on a commode chair).
