4/20/17: I ordered calamari, snow crab, crawfish, and mussels. First i bit into a mussel and got the beard yuck!!!! When I told the owner she was like ok I can take it off you bill. She then proceeded to take my boil back to the kitchen and picked every mussel out of it and brought it back to my table. I was disgusted at the cross contamination and wondered what she did with the mussels she took out of the bag I picked through🤔! The crawfish were subpar. Previously frozen and most were dry. I took my guy here for his birthday. We usually dine at expensive restaurants in the downtown area on special occasions. However, after seeing lowcountry on Facebook and reading the reviews on Yelp. I would HIGHLY recommend this place. I've tried a couple seafood boil places and this is THE best so far. Having roots in New Orleans, I know a little something about shrimp and crawfish boils and this is the closest to that southern flavor.
Amazing food, staff and experience. I recommend this to anyone who loves seafood and Louisiana style fish boil!
